Good evening Cedar Band!
Cedar Springs Bands will be hosting MSBOA District 7 Band Festival this year. This event features our 7th and 8th Grade Bands, our two high school bands, and many local middle and high school bands. It is confirmed to be only on Thursday, March 9, 2023 (March 10 is no longer needed and is removed from the calendar). While we await for all the final scheduling to be ironed out by MSBOA, we predict a morning performance by the 7th Grade Band, an afternoon performance for 8th Grade Band, and an early evening performance by the Symphonic Band, and the Wind Ensemble will close the evening out. When the final schedule is posted, we will have details on performance times and student volunteer opportunities.
Friday is the final day of the semester. All makeup performances must be completed by Friday. Friday’s high school Pep Band is also the final pep band of Semester 1. All students are required to attend one (1) pep band in semester 1.
