Welcome to Cedar Springs Bands! We’re thrilled you are joining us, and we’re excited to start the year and start your instrumental music experience. You’ve chosen to be a part of one of the largest, most recognized, and special organizations at Cedar Springs Public Schools. The things you learn and the memories you make will carry through your entire life. Thank you for being a part of it! You are the program! Thank you, parents, for supporting your student’s musical endeavors, and you begin this journey.

- Welcome Letter
The TWIB (short for This Week In Band) is a weekly document shared with all band students every week during the school year. It contains important announcements, upcoming events, fundraisers, and more. This is sent weekly to students, parents, and guardians through email, BAND App (more on that later), and posted on our website, cedarspringsbands.com. Ensure you look at the purple TWIB ending in “ML.”
The Welcome Letter welcomes you to band and how to obtain an instrument. This is the same letter students brought homes after instrument fittings this past spring; however, we have attached it if you need a fresh one.
